A walk in the beautiful nature can be a great inspiration to our work with bonsai. In this case not so much the study of trees, but the emotions woken by sensing the mood of nature. Observing signs of the season, important when displaying Shohin-bonsai, sensing the peace and beauty which can be reflected in the work with bonsai and accents.

These pictures was taken a wet spring day in late March, at Helnaes island in Denmark. The sun and rain played with each other, making a very special mood together with the still naked trees that seems to be only a few moments away from buds opening.

This walk will be a kiln of inspiration in my work with bonsai, because the mood of the nature is as important as the technical practical challenges.
