With more than 18 years of
experience with bonsai growing I hope being able to offer you the correct help
needed with your bonsai questions. My speciality is Shohin-bonsai (bonsai less
than app. 20 cm in height) and medium sized bonsai. Therefore the shop will
reflect this and maybe be the first in the western world dedicated to the modern
art of bonsai.
It is my hope to expand the
knowledge of bonsai through the activities in the shop, and with time build a
special store suiting the needs asked fore.

Ordering and Shipping
Information
All orders are
securely packaged for transit and dispatched usually within 1 – 8 days from
receipt of your order. If an order will take longer than 48 hours to be
dispatched we will contact you and advise you when your order will be sent.
There may also be occasions when bonsai supplies take longer to source from our
suppliers, but we will do all we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly
as possible keep you informed where an order may not be immediately dispatched.
We use a Post Danmark
and other courier service for delivery. Confirmation of delivery via our courier
will normally require a signature.
All prices are subject
to Post & Packing
For all orders outside
Europe and The US, please contact us for shipping charges. Each order will be
priced accordingly depending on weight and location to be sent.
Availability
Shohin-bonsai Europe
Shop will make efforts to ensure availability of all products we sell; but we
cannot guarantee supply at all times if the goods are sold out or delivery is
not fore filled.
Returns or Damaged or
Faulty Goods
If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we
will either exchange it or give you a full refund on the conditions that goods
are returned fully in the same condition as when received. For any goods please
return within 7 days of receipt. We take every care to pack all parcels to a
high standard to ensure your goods arrive safely securely and in perfect order.
If your goods arrive damaged we will refund the full amount paid, or replace
with goods equal to the value of the original purchase; however photographic
evidence must be provided before refund can be given, please retain goods and
packaging for collection.

All payments are
handled through PayPal, which accepts most Credit & Debit Cards
PayPal is trusted worldwide.
Please do not send
cash in the post. Products will be reserved until receipt of payment.
Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right
not to accept any order.
We will try to deliver
your goods as soon as practicable. You should tell us as soon as possible if you
do not receive your goods within one week of placing your order or within one
week of any estimated delivery date that we give you. Please note that any dates
quoted by us for delivery are estimates only. If we are unable to deliver your
goods within 30 days of your order, you may cancel your order and get a full
refund for those goods.
When you receive the
goods, you should check them as soon as possible, and let us know within 7
working days of receipt if there are any problems. If possible, please retain
all packaging until you are satisfied with the goods. You will be responsible
for any loss or damage to the goods which occur after they have been delivered
to you.
We will require payment of the price for the goods in full before we dispatch
them unless we agree otherwise in writing with you.
All the goods that we supply will remain our property until you have paid for
them in full, including all delivery charges. If you sell the goods you agree to
hold the sale proceeds upon trust for us until you have paid us for them in
full.
Every effort is made
to ensure that our prices and descriptions are accurate at the time of going to
press. If an error is found or if manufacturer's prices or products change, we
will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of canceling your
order or reconfirming your order with the revised price or product.
You can cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund (less carriage
costs) at any time before you receive the goods, or up to the end of 7 working
days after the day you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than
weekends and public holidays. To cancel your order you should write to us within
that time.
You may return goods
for a credit or to exchange strictly in accordance with our published Returns
Policy, and subject that in the event of a conflict between these terms and
conditions and the Returns Policy, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Carriage charges are non-refundable where goods are supplied correctly by us.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods which is due to
events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for any business
losses. We accept no responsibility for losses incurred following delays imposed
by international customs service’s where documentation is supplied as requested.
If we fail to enforce
any of these conditions, that does not mean that we have waived any of our
rights and we retain the right to enforce any of these conditions at any time.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
